This 4 hr course will help participants understand some of the typical mental health challenges faced in todays world, ways to recognise struggles both in onesself and others and become familiar with strategies that promote wellbeing.
Expect your team to leave the course with knowledge of how they can make small changes that will result in big wellbeing gains, and tools for how they can look after each other, their loved ones and themselves.
