Let's face it. Auckland is an amazing playground. Between the hills, beaches, bush and ocean there is plenty of opportunity to get off the beaten track and revive the soul. If you or your team need First Aid training, why not do an Outdoor First Aid course that provides the knowledge and skills to confidently manage patients in locations where the arrival of the emergency services might be delayed.

Naturally, we still cover the basics like CPR etc., but the course will add layers of learning that you’ll need in the outdoors. Outdoor First Aid is a hands-on skill so our style of training means participants will need to work as a team to solve challenging outdoor scenarios. After more than 25 years of running training in this way, we know that our clients feel more prepared to care for their families, their friends and their workmates. How do we know? – they tell us so after every course.

If your work means you are at risk of a fall, our fully accredited Working at Height courses range from 1-3 days and have a much greater practical component than other courses. To be perfectly honest we don’t actually know that for certain –  but that’s what our Height Safety clients tell us.
