You definitely can't beat the West Coast on a good day, it is such an epic place to work and play. A number of our team grew up on the coast and as an organisation, we feel deeply connected to the area. We are fortunate enough to have more and more demand for our courses from Westport to Haast and love to combine some work with a mtn bike or fly-fishing mission.
When you work or play remotely, you need the skills and confidence to manage emergencies for extended period of time until the emergency services can arrive. We reckon that First Aid theory only goes so far. Peak Safety’s Outdoor First Aid courses will get you outside, hands-on, solving complex outdoor emergencies as a team. From medical emergencies to trauma, hypothermia to spinal injuries, you’ll be taught systematic ways to assess, treat and extract patients from our stunning outdoors to where they need to get to.
